What You’ll Do:

• Site Readiness: Coordinate and manage the process of transitioning new locations into full operational readiness.
• Vendor Communication: Liaise with vendors to track, manage, and troubleshoot equipment deliveries and installations.
• Project Tracking: Monitor timelines and ensure every step is completed to meet deadlines for site openings.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any roadblocks that could delay the integration process.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with operations, IT, and development teams to streamline handoffs and ensure smooth launches.
• Reporting: Provide updates and insights on project statuses, equipment tracking, and vendor performance.
  
  

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1-2 years in project coordination, logistics, or a related role.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and adept at keeping multiple tasks and timelines on track.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and comfortable learning new systems.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus under pressure.
