As a part of our explosive growth over the past few years, Clearwater Exteriors is expanding our team of Product Advisors. We are looking for a few motivated and hard workers to cover our abundance of Pre-Set, Pre-Qualified appointments with Homeowners in the Denver Area.

Role:
Our Product Advisors are the face of our Company and our Brand. We are looking for Product Advisors to visit our customers in their homes to consult with them to help identify the product that will best fit their needs.
Using our advanced tools, cutting edge training, you will create a connection with Homeowners to offer the best value in Replacement Windows on the market. You will have industry leading support and technology to assist you at every step in closing the sale.
All of our leads are 100% Pre-Set and Pre-Qualified! There is NO COLD CALLING or NO DOOR KNOCKING! We have a Powerful marketing engine that generates all of the leads for our Product Advisors. Through our traditional and non-traditional marketing channels we are able to generate a plentiful supply of the highest quality appointments in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver powerful, interactive sales presentations following our time tested sales model
- Attend and participate in regularly scheduled sales meetings
- Submitting all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Learning and studying all training materials as well as industry and product knowledge.

- Availability to regularly work evenings and weekends.

Compensation / Benefits:
Our Product Advisors are rewarded for their great performance and results, through our industry leading Commission and Bonus plans. Our top producers can earn up to $1,500 - $3,500/ week in their first year and much more as they become seasoned.
