The Sales Role
Hiring Immediately - As a full-time sales representative, you will be trained in all of our products and be able to deliver interactive sales presentations that will teach communication skills, negotiation tactics, strategic planning and problem solving.
The Responsibilities
- Delivery of interactive sales presentations on environmentally friendly products and services to homeowners
- Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching sessions on a weekly basis
- Team building and mentorship activities

- Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
- Self-motivated, discipline, and career oriented
- Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide-range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths
- Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction
- BA/BS preferred
The Compensation
- $4,000 Sign-on bonus*
- Uncapped Earnings - This role is commission only - the average commission payout is $3500/week
- Average earning potential: $125,000 - $350,000 per year

- Clearwater offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus, which will be paid day 90-180-365. The full sign-on bonus is contingent on successfully completing the 13 weeks of initial training.
