What are the responsibilities and job description for the First Mate/Deckhand position at Clearwater Fun Boat?
We are in search of a First Mate for a 45-passenger tour boat.
Must be outgoing, personable, and look to exceed customer expectations.
Must know the surrounding waters and be able to perform engaging and knowledgeable narration.
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.

All applicants must be age 21 or over and able to pass a mandatory drug screening.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Boat preparation and maintenance
- On-boarding Customers- Loading coolers/riders, safety speech, etc.
- Customer Safety- ensuring all customers follow safety rules throughout tour, removing passengers when necessary, etc.
- Off-loading- help customers gather belongings and depart, clean boat, return to storage
- Safety oriented- Our #1 priority is customer safety. This requires a confident and strong individual who can enforce rules when necessary.
- Extremely good communication/customer service skills
