REGISTERED NURSE
Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care and services to clients in their place of residence/facility in accordance with the agency's policies and procedures. Completes initial home assessment of patients/clients. Conducts home visits as assigned, initiates the plan of care for clients, provide teaching and other skilled intervention as ordered. Assist with quarterly CQI reports and responsible for services provided by CNAs/PCA.
Qualifications:
- RN/LPN with current licensure to provide nursing in the state of GA
- 1-2 years experience in the provision of nursing care in an acute care facility. One year Home Health Care experience desired.
- Good organizational writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of general office equipment, telephone, durable medical equipment, and nursing equipment.
- Flexibility.
