Bus Driver
We are in need of a temporary, part-time Bus Driver to transport residents of our active 55 community safely to specified activities, errands and enjoyable destinations. The Bus Driver will have knowledge of preventative maintenance, perform pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness. The Bus Driver will assist guests in and out of the vehicle and provide a high level of professionalism and customer service.
This is a temporary, part-time position approximately 20 hours a week scheduled according to resident needs in shifts; generally Monday through Friday and typically during daytime hours. There may be occasions in which activities take place outside of these hours. The work schedule is coordinated and published monthly. All work is performed under the direct oversight of the Senior Property Manager and overall guidance of the COO. This position is located in Clearwater, Florida.

Required Experience
- One to five years’ experience operating large vehicles in all conditions.
Necessary Skills and Abilities
- Class B CDL License with a passenger endorsement
