We are seeking a passionate Clinic Manager!
We are a recruiting firm representing a well-established organization in the outpatient therapy sector. Our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and positive outcomes for their patients and families. We are seeking a qualified and motivated Clinic Manager to oversee one of their clinics and contribute to their mission of excellence in care and operations.
The Clinic Manager will oversee daily clinic operations while maintaining a treating caseload. The role involves ensuring efficient operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and meeting performance and productivity standards. The Clinic Manager will also serve as the primary point of contact for staff, patients, and parents and report directly to the client's upper management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinic operations, including productivity metrics, staff schedules, and overall appearance.
- Coordinate communication between therapists, office staff, patients, and families.
- Conduct staff meetings to share updates and provide key information.
- Handle staff performance evaluations, action plans, and terminations as needed.
- Monitor and report clinic statistics and metrics to upper management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage time-off requests and day-of callouts to maintain efficient operations.
- Act as a liaison for parents and upper management, ensuring quality service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of outpatient therapy principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with staff, patients, and upper management.
- Ability to analyze clinic operations and implement improvements effectively.
- Experience working with children with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Must work 40 hours per week, including managing a caseload.
- Ability to lift and support up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Background check required.
Salary Range:
$71,000 – 92,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and education.
