What you would do
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our company vice president/CFO. The best candidate will be someone who is extremely detailed and has a structured approach to getting things done. You will be engaged in multiple projects and assist with reporting, monthly financials, and provide general office management functions. You will coordinate executive travel and appointments. You will work closely with the Accounting Manager on financial management tasks involving industry-specific software and QuickBooks. You will work to keep the CFO organized and informed.
You will have the following Skills and Abilities
· Excellent computer literacy with depth of experience in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, Outlook.
· Intermediate or higher level working with QuickBooks Enterprise
· Proficient with Adobe Acrobat
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Basic bookkeeping understanding and good math skills
· Multiline phone system familiarity
· Professional presentation and manner of communication
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications
· Associates degree or higher
· 5 years of documented experience in executive administrative support as a minimum
· Understanding of accounting practices/bookkeeping
· Highly attentive to details
· Highly proficient in MS Office
· Excellent organizational skills
· Mature decision-making skills
· Pass a background and drug test
· Excellent references and verifiable history of attendance and dedication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
