We are currently hiring for positions within our Acrylic Shower and Bath installation teams.
As part of our installation team, you will learn to successfully and efficiently install our products - transforming tired outdated bathrooms into beautiful modern spaces. We supply the materials, tools, boxtruck, and gas - you supply the skill and know-how to get the job done!
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Morning start-up: Arrive at warehouse, review the staged job for that day’s scheduled installation
- Review state of your Boxtruck, making sure it is stocked up with the supplies needed to ensure a successful installation
- Work with your installation team to complete your installation
- Provide status updates to Operations on the day’s installation
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
- Keep customer informed as you complete installation milestones, and get input on where to position accessories
Requirements for this role:
- Plumbing & Carpentry Experience prefered
- Leadership Experience is a plus
- At least 1 years of experience in the construction / home improvement industry
- Experience installing Acrylic Shower and Bath Systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a must!
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic with a Team Player mentality
- Can-do attitude
- Problem Solver
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail!
