What We Expect:

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also:

• Engage Customers: Greet every customer with a warm smile and a friendly wave to make them feel at ease.
• Provide Genuine Education: Help customers understand the benefits of our services by offering honest and helpful information.
• Become a Product Knowledge Expert: Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on our products and services so you can be a knowledgeable resource for every customer.
• Sell and Manage Memberships: Assist customers with selecting wash packages and managing memberships through our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain Urgency in Service: Deliver customer service with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure a Positive Experience: Ensure that every guest leaves with a positive experience, from the moment they arrive to the moment they drive away.
• Light Maintenance: Perform light maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping around the lot and free vacuum areas.
• Deep Cleaning: Commit to participate in required deep cleaning to maintain a pristine environment.
• Opening and Closing Duties: Handle opening and closing tasks efficiently and responsibly.
• Weekend Availability: Must be available to work on weekends, as this is a key requirement.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, or bend for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment including heat and cold.
• Ability to work in clean and dirty conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.
• Ability to climb a ladder up to 6' and work at height for up to an hour per day in 10-minute intervals.
• Ability to work in a wet and/or loud environment with or without reasonable accommodations.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
