We offer base pay of $15/hr Weekly Bonuses. Team Members earn $16 per hour on average with bonuses, and tips. Top performers earn more!

What We Expect: As a team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also:

• Greet customers with a smile, wave, and cheerful attitude
• Safely guide customers into the wash
• Ensure a positive experience for every guest
• Provide customer service with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Be coachable and eager to learn about wash packages and services offered
• Sell and manage memberships through point of sale system
• Light maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping around the lot and free vacuum areas
• 1-2 hours of deep cleaning
• Opening and closing duties
• Weekend availability REQUIRED

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, or bend for long periods of time
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment including heat and cold
• Ability to work in clean and dirty conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
• Ability to climb a ladder up to 6' and work at height for up to an hour per day in 10 minute intervals
• Ability to work in a wet and/or loud environment with or without reasonable accommodations
