What You'll Do :
As an Outside Plant Project Manager , you'll be the driving force behind our fiber infrastructure projects, working with internal teams, contractors, and permitting agencies to ensure every project runs smoothly. You will :
- Oversee project development from initiation to completion.
- Partner with Outside Project Executives to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with external contractors and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Problem-solve and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Report on project milestones and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and permitting requirements.
- Champion best practices in project management and execution.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table :
We're looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and a natural problem-solver . If you have :
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
5-8 years of experience in project management, overseeing all phases from planning to completion.
Familiarity with permitting agencies and regulatory requirements.
PMP certification (preferred but not required).
A track record of managing large-scale technical projects .
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with project management tools / software .
