- Lead & Inspire Sales Teams: Manage and motivate sales team to meet and exceed business objectives and revenue targets.
- Shape Sales Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive market growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Pipeline Management: Actively oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities move smoothly through the sales cycle toward successful closures.
- Hands-On Coaching: Conduct regular field ride outs with sales reps to observe, mentor, and enhance selling techniques. Provide real-time coaching to ensure consistent execution of sales strategies.
- Foster a Winning Culture: Cultivate a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and a customer-first mindset within the team.
- Drive Performance: Offer ongoing training and development to sales team members, improving their skills and performance through regular feedback and professional growth opportunities.
- Stay Ahead of the Competition: Conduct market analysis and evaluate competitive conditions to stay ahead of industry trends and optimize pricing strategies.
- Community Engagement: Be an ambassador for Clearwave Fiber by actively engaging with the communities served to enhance brand awareness and build new business opportunities.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure all team members are well-trained on product offerings and maintain seamless communication across departments.
- Track & Report Performance: Prepare detailed sales reports, track team performance, and forecast revenue to ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- At least 5 years of experience in telecommunications and/or technology sales.
- Proven ability to lead teams, coach sales talent, and implement effective sales strategies.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, for tracking activities and managing opportunities.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in sales coaching, including field support and conducting ride outs to improve team performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and adjust strategies as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with internal teams and build strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
