What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partnerships Coordinator (Marketing) position at Clearwave Mental Health?
This newly created position will offer the opportunity to grow Clearwave’s partnerships with local affiliated practices who are looking to offer their patients our breakthrough treatment modality called Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation ("TMS") for the treatment of depression.
The Partnership Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the sourcing, onboarding, and activation of new partner psychiatric and medical clinics, as well as coordinating the referral program with these clinics for our various TMS Centers across New York.
This position is ideal for an individual that is outgoing, enjoys building relationships, is highly organized, and is passionate about bringing quality healthcare to patients in need. Health care experience is preferred but not required. This role will involve independent work as well as collaboration with broader teams across our locations and our executive team. It is an important role for the growth of our practice, with opportunities for career development in a range of areas.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Health Care Professional experience preferred but not required
- Two or more years of related experience in a business development, marketing or referral role
Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with exposure to some data management software
- Proven experience working in a business development, customer service or marketing capacity, in the healthcare space is ideal
- Proven experience communicating with external stakeholders and maintaining professional and productive relationships with those stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and prepare a list of psychiatric practices in our current regions of service to investigate and outreach
- Outreach to these practices to build awareness of our services and identify possible partner opportunities
- Create and oversee an onboarding plan to establish a formal working and referral relationship with these partner practices
- Create marketing communications and collateral to support a productive referral relationship
- Provide leadership with analytics and reporting on progress towards partner and referral targets each month
- Identify opportunities for improvement to the strategy

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as alongside various teams across locations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Skills in Microsoft Office a must
- Explain and administer procedures to patients
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy regarding all details
