**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the performance of wind turbine mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical component maintenance
- Document all work performed, parts used, and time spent
- Maintain hand tools in good working order and well organized
- Collaborate with the Wind Site Lead to ensure safe and effective operations
**Requirements**
- Able to climb towers unassisted up to 300 feet
- Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Possess demonstrable mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge
- Able to safely work in a wide range of adverse climates and environments
