Description
Function:
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all campus activities. A successful Site Manager displays leadership and management skills for both short and long-term success and is committed to maintaining excellent standards in customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor employees by establishing expectations, coaching, and goal setting with follow-ups and evaluations.
- Forecast staffing needs and pursue additional support with Labor Team as needed.
- Conduct daily briefings to delegate tasks and communicate company expectations to staff.
- Play a critical role in driving company culture to maintain a positive work environment for employees.
- Manage assignments of docks, prep areas, and help lead organization.
- Maintain the physical condition of the campus by planning and implementing new design layouts and spearheading building improvements and repairs as needed.
- Use various computer systems to assist forecasting needs and conflicts.
- Supervise the scanning and check-out processes for all project-related tasks to ensure accurate inventory allocations and deployment.
- Oversee the scanning and check-in processes for all project-related tasks and manage the creation of missing-items lists as needed to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Interface daily with Account Executives, Operations Team, Project Managers and the overall Management Team.
- Abide by all State and Federal safety regulations including OSHA, EPA, MSDS and NEPA, as well as State Regulations.
- Work with Safety Manager to manage, operate and maintain all Clearwing owned heavy equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Five (5) years working experience in the entertainment industry in warehouse environments preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity and ability to adhere to local code standards.
- Extremely proficient in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Suites.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Forklift, Boom Lift, and Scissor Lift certified.
- CPR Certification (in-house training provided)
Physical Working Conditions:
- Regularly bend, twist, stretch, push, pull and carry, lift 50-75 lbs.
- Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Walk up and down stairs or ladders and comfortable with heights.
- Work in various temperatures and outdoor weather conditions.
- Work "on-call" as needed including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Work long hours and overtime as required.
- Able to Travel (possibly with short notice).
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
