Cleaveland/Price specializes in the design and manufacture of high voltage disconnect switches and switch automation products. The products that we offer are unique in design, and some include patented features. Products have been developed and tested in accordance with IEEE, ANSI, and NEMA standards for high voltage equipment. They are primarily used by investor-owned and public electric utilities and large industrial operations in substation, distribution, transmission, and generation applications.
All company operations take place in a modern 218,300 sq. ft. multi-site facility situated on 20 acres east of Trafford, PA. The facility houses virtually all resources for product realization, including engineering, supply chain, parts fabrication, electro-mechanical assembly, and testing. Fabrication capabilities include laser and plasma cutting, CNC machining, CNC punching, and automated bending and forming. The company also utilizes specialized processes, such as MIG and TIG welding, friction welding, silver and tin electroplating, and silver brazing.

Your Goal |
As a Facilities Engineer at Cleaveland/Price, your primary goal will be to contribute to the advancement of various disconnect switch product lines through planning, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that the building functions optimally while continuing to meet health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be required to manage facilities related projects and provide technical expertise in the areas of site development, construction, and utilities. Your sound knowledge of engineering principles will allow you to manage facility expansion and new construction projects aimed at supporting the companies’ strong trajectory of growth. Additionally, we would like you to have the ability to produce your own layout and facilities drawings, while collaborating with external engineering resources and regulatory agencies. Finally, this individual should be comfortable working in a hands-on environment, and ensure their work meets all applicable standards |
