Cleaver Brooks is looking for a Product Structure Coordinator to join our team in Lincoln, NE. The Product Structure Coordinator performs complex administrative duties, utilizing IFS software, to support the planning and production of the Cleaver-Brooks product line.

Job Location : Lincoln, NE

Essential functions :

• Product Structure Entry / Maintenance. Assist with Product Structure creation and maintenance, for new projects; this includes reviewing the received IBOM (Indented Bill of Material) and creating new numbers in IFS as needed, creating .CVS templates for efficient upload into IFS. Examine product structures for accuracy, correcting any structure errors to aid in proper process completion.
• Part Creation. Completes process steps with accuracy for part creation and maintenance. (IFS Make and Buy Parts)
• Long Lead Support. Manage and support long lead lists from the Engineering team. Coordinates approval routing, new part creation and IFS structuring. Communicates approvals to Purchasing team.
• Notify Cost Accountant of all approved ‘Long Lead & Shipped Loose PO Changes’ by providing a copy of PO Change via email.
• Update departmental spreadsheets or other records as necessary or as instructed by supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Requirements :

Education : High School Diploma – Associate Degree preferred

Experience : Minimum of 3 years in an administrative support role preferred. Experience with ERP / MRP system, MS Office software required.

Physical Skill & Effort : Work requires regular speed and accuracy operating office equipment. Work requires simple, easy muscular movements.

Working Conditions and Hazards : Normal office or plant conditions. From time to time, slightly disagreeable features. Negligible / little or no exposure.
