Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office correspondence.
- Transcribe documents and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with project coordination and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns.
- File and organize documents, both physical and digital.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Point Click Care or similar accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Medicare Part A&B Billing/Aging
- Ability to help with resident admission packets
- Ability to review business office paperwork with family members
- Receive training as back-up to the Business Office Manager
