CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES

Process order forms, references, and input customer information into the computer system on new lease agreements
-
Maintain the image of the showroom floor, counter area, and bathrooms
-
Ensure all merchandise is priced correctly and properly displayed
-
Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner and provide
excellent customer service -
Take proper payments from customers and update
information in the computer -
Assist the Sales Manager with marketing efforts and to sell at a high level to ensure that monthly sales goals and growth objectives are achieved; including managing web leads and Facebook account for store

Delivery, setup, and pickup of merchandise

Other tasks as assigned by management; including, but not limited to filling in for other positions as needed
QUALIFICATIONS

Neat, professional appearance

Well organized, ability to multi-task, good computer skills

Patience and empathy

Effective communication and problem solving skills

Willingness to learn, take direction, and listen

Must be a people person and have a warm, friendly attitude; excellent customer service

Class E license within 30 days of hire

Must be at least 18 years old, good driving record, able to pass a background check and drug test (marijuana excluded)

Minimum high school diploma or equivalency preferred, but not required

Able to lift, load, and dolly merchandise
