MANAGER IN TRAINING

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the store’s operations and daily activities when the GM is absent

• 100% responsible for the activities and results of the collections OR sales department with direct supervision of department team members 

• Maintain updated and accurate goal boards

• Assist in the sales OR collections process and help achieve the growth goals of the store

• Help facilitate returns authorized by the GM and to make sure merchandise is inspected and cleaned properly

• Maintain updated accurate customer information

• Other tasks as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Must be good on the telephone and computer

• Professional appearance and high energy

• Must be at least 18 years old, good driving record, able to pass a background check and drug test (marijuana excluded) 

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalency, some college preferred

• Able to lift, load, and dolly merchandise
