Sales Account Manager

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and strong interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate and market our solutions to clients. The Account Manager is responsible for measured and consistent contact with the entire Cleer Vision Doors base. Highly relational, this position is the face of Cleer Vision Doors primarily with plant employees, purchasing agents, and plant managers.

Requirements:

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders such as plant purchasing agents, and plant managers.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with the Plant Manager and upper management to ensure growth attainment
• Track, manage and resolve customer requests
• Collaborating with Customer Service, develop and maintain customer quote files
• Become the expert in CVD products with the ability to communicate nuances with customers
• Develop knowledge and understanding of our customers product and assist in design requests and product application as required
• Develop and maintain a regular call schedule for personal contact with plant buyers and window installers
