Responsibilities
- Address and close out customer service ticket requests
- Tier 1 Product support for troubleshooting
- Communicate via Slack on a daily basis to align on work for the day/week
- Participate in a Daily Huddle meeting as needed
- Ability to follow scripted language and guidance to remain in compliance
- Detail oriented to complete tracking tickets according to advised process
- Data entry for various operational functions
- Respond in a timely fashion to requests for Client Services
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience encouraged for: Sales Force, Hubspot, Google Workspace and Slack
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Reliability of submitting hourly timesheets as needed
- Exemplifies amazing service skills and professionalism
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and willing to jump into tasks as they arise
- Takes initiative in their work
- Quick learner and problem solver that works well under pressure
Hourly Rate: $25-$30, Part-Time, 20-40 hours per week
Salary : $25 - $30
