Responsibilities
You’ll contribute to all facets of the Cleerly data platform focusing on scale, performance, and reliability. You’ll work closely with our business intelligence, data science, and operations teams as well as a variety of interdepartmental stakeholders to improve our core product and reporting experiences, focusing on enhancing our ability to execute complex analyses and operations at scale and bring enterprise workflows for healthcare to life. On any given day you could be doing one of the following:
- Building Airflow DAGs for data transformation
- Creating normalized data structures to ingest disparate client data
- Contributing to our CI/CD pipeline and capabilities
- Building complex, repeatable validation and training data sets in coordination with data scientists
- Designing methods for searching and storing massive amounts of imaging data at scale
- Generating aggregate reporting tables for business insight
- Coding a data validation testing suite for the pipeline
- Performing code reviews and driving bug triage
- Participating in sprint planning and design meetings
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated foundation of agile, secure software development methodologies and be motivated and dedicated to the goal of providing a safe, high-quality product that is used to diagnose and treat patients in the real world.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of software development experience
- 2 years as a Data Engineer
- Demonstrated capability to solve problems with data
- Strong SQL developer skills including experience in Postgres, Redshift, Snowflake or similar
- Experience developing and maintaining Airflow DAGs
- Excellent knowledge of Python, TypeScript, or other programming languages
- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD solutions
- Experience working with version control systems such as GitHub
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Impress us more
- Knowledge of implementing Amazon Web Services (AWS) solutions with Terraform
- Experience in digital health, specifically with medical devices or medical imaging
- Familiarity with HIPAA/HITRUST security requirements
Salary: $190,000 - $215,000
*Total Target Compensation (TTC): Total Cash Compensation (including base pay, variable pay, commission, bonuses, etc.). We hire employees anywhere within the United States and account for geography when determining base salary.
