About the Opportunity
Cleerly’s Core Lab has an exciting opportunity to join our team of imaging professionals as the Technical Manager. The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to, technical and clinical support for Core Lab analysts, complaint handling, process improvements and evaluation of quality and turnaround trends of Cleerly analysis. The ideal candidate possesses the technical, communication and people skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams, including providing physicians. In order to be successful in this role, the Technical Manager will need to contribute to many facets of Core Lab operations, including technical processes, training and customer service. This role will require training and development of some skills, so it is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking professional growth. This is a remote position in the United States with some domestic and international travel. Must be able to cover 11am-8pm ET shift.
About the Team
The Core Lab is a team of imaging professionals in the United States and Portugal, focused on helping Cleerly reach its mission of creating a world without heart attacks. These professionals review AI outputs of Coronary CTA exams prior to delivery of analysis to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and clinical support for escalated commercial and research exams; Serves as a first escalation point and peer review discussion
- Evaluate quality and efficiency trends
- Evaluate Cleerly LABs software and provide the Technical team feedback for future improvement
- Participate in development and enhancement of technical standards
- Effectively communicate with clients and team members during the complaint handling process.
- Assist the Training Department with delivery of training, mentorship and content creation.
- Perform Cleerly analysis on commercial and research exams
Requirements
- Degree in Medical Sciences, preferably Radiography;
- Bachelor’s degree or applicable experience(>5 years);
- Technical and clinical experience in CTA Coronary Post processing (minimum of 2 years preferred);
- Training experience, preferably in CCTA Post Processing;
- Minimum 2 years CCTA experience;
- Experience in collaborating with multiple departments or entities;
- Supervisory or leadership experience a plus
Salary: $120,000-$132,000
*Total Target Compensation (TTC): Total Cash Compensation (including base pay, variable pay, commission, bonuses, etc.). We hire employees anywhere within the United States and account for geography when determining base salary.
