Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene.
- Facilitate socialization and community integration activities.
- Implement individualized support plans and behavior management strategies.
- Support clients in prevocational and vocational training programs, including packaging, assembly, commercial laundry, and horticultural training.
- Assist clients in securing and maintaining employment in their communities through job coaching.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in a related field preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, intellectual, and developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of clients.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to obtain all required clearances and trainings
Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:30 am-3:15 pm (33.75 hours/week)
Pay starts at $16/hr based on experience
