Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional passionate about customer service and logistics? Clemens Food Group is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders, resolving discrepancies, and managing critical customer interactions. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and success of our operations.

Hourly rate - $21- $23 an hour

Who you are:
- Detail-oriented with excellent data entry accuracy.
- Strong problem solver with the ability to proactively seek solutions. Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and skilled in working across departments, especially with transportation, warehouse, sales, and customers.
- Exceptional communicator, both in managing customer complaints and coordinating internally.
What you'll do:
- You will process customer orders and resolve any EDI discrepancies, maintaining accurate PO information.
- Proactively resolve order fill challenges, coordinate substitutions, and manage shortages.
- Interact with customers to resolve complaints, manage private label inventory, and gather insights.
- Work cross-functionally with the supply chain team to resolve customer-related concerns.
- As needed, carry out additional responsibilities and tasks to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
