Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Country View Family Farms (CVFF) team. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, to own developing personalized recruiting plans that align with business needs and workforce planning. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment fundamentals, innovative sourcing strategies, and the ability to build proactive talent pipelines. Bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred. Some travel Required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Planning: Partner with business leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for professional positions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Pipeline Building: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Consultative Recruitment: Provide expert guidance on recruitment efforts, focusing on short and long-term organizational goals and workforce planning. Serve as a subject matter expert in your vertical, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to advise on hiring decisions. Skilled in utilizing data and recruitment analytics to enhance talent acquisition strategies and improve overall recruitment effectiveness.
- Sourcing Expertise: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent, with minimal direction required.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization's values and opportunities to potential candidates.
- Community Engagement: Connect the community to the business through university recruitment and outreach programs.
- Project Management: Handle recruitment-related projects that enhance the talent acquisition function in their vertical.
- Requisition Management: Manage an average requisition load of 16 positions simultaneously.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and promote inclusive hiring practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8-10 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment fundamentals and best practices.
- Proven ability to solve talent gaps and drive progress within the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other industry specific job boards.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and lead by example.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
