The Impact You’ll Make
As the Director of Customer Experience, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer journey. You’ll lead a highly visible, cross-functional team that directly influences how customers experience our brand—from their first interaction to the feedback loop that shapes our future. Your leadership will help us move from reactive service to strategic excellence, impacting satisfaction, retention, and long-term business value.
What You’ll Do
- Build & Lead a high-performing Customer Experience team through coaching, development, and strategic planning.
- Shape the Vision by implementing strategies that enhance service performance and align with company-wide goals.
- Lead Customer Interactions by setting the tone for positive, proactive, and relationship-focused engagements—strengthening trust with key partners and representing CFG with excellence.
- Drive Change through proactive process improvement, automation, and customer-centric innovation.
- Partner Broadly across Sales, Operations, FSQA, Logistics, and beyond to create a seamless, unified customer experience.
- Leverage Data to set KPIs, monitor trends, and champion continuous improvement backed by insights.

What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of leadership experience in Customer Experience, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Background in manufacturing or food production environments
- Track record of leading strategic initiatives and continuous improvement
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to lead cross-functionally
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, BI tools—bonus if you’ve driven automation or system upgrades
