You’ll play a critical role in keeping projects on track, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, and driving operational efficiency. Acting as the right hand to the project manager, you will help keep projects on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals.
Who You Are:
- An early-career professional with a background in Engineering, STEM, or related fields, eager to develop in project management.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders and engaging with senior leadership.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for optimizing project processes from transactional to automating those processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate project approval and execution, managing schedules, tracking milestones, and aligning stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Optimize data analytics by tracking project metrics, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Manage budgets and expenditures, monitor invoices, identify cost overruns, and oversee spend requests and change orders.
- Ensure compliance and documentation, maintaining project records, generating reports, and facilitating risk management strategies.
- Facilitate risk management by identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies to support project success.
