Clemens Food Group seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer (Experienced Process Engineer II) to join our dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to make a measurable impact by driving efficiency, innovation, and operational excellence within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll utilize your expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to solve complex challenges and enhance performance.
Who you are:
- A strategic problem-solver with a background in Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or similar roles.
- Experienced in applying lean tools, Six Sigma methodologies, and data-driven insights to optimize processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong project management skills.
- A proactive and collaborative professional who thrives in a team setting, driving sustainable improvements and innovative solutions.
- You have worked in the food industry preferred.
What you’ll do:
- Lead process optimization initiatives, including capacity enhancement, cost reduction, and quality improvement efforts.
- Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing tools like root cause analysis, Kaizen, and SPC.
- Develop and sustain operational standards for labor, yield, and materials while conducting regular audits.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to identify opportunities and execute projects with measurable ROI.
