Join our team as a Feed Mill Driver and play a vital role in delivering quality swine feed to our company farms! We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining a strong focus on compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
What You’ll Do:
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver feed to designated farms.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the truck and trailer are in excellent condition.
- Load and unload swine feed with care and precision.
- Follow all safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and report any equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and farm personnel to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Complete necessary paperwork and uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
- CDL Class A with air brake endorsement (required).
- At least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and over 100 lbs occasionally.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to work in and around manure and farm environments.
