Join Our Team as a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Technician!
This is a third shift position (Overnight).
*Shift is Monday through Friday from 9PM to 6AM.*

Key Responsibilities:
- Critical Control Points (CCP) Monitoring: Review and verify our CCPs and documentation to ensure products are cooked appropriately and meet all safety standards.
- Documentation Review: Ensure all records are accurate and complete, helping maintain compliance with food safety regulations.
- Data Management: Use your computer skills to manage electronic records, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our team to ensure all safety protocols are followed and provide support as needed.
- Sanitation: Oversee that sanitation process is being followed correctly to ensure equipment meet regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail is crucial in this role, ensuring that all processes and documentation are accurate.
- Computer Savvy: Strong computer skills are essential. You should be comfortable with email, data entry, and managing electronic documents.
- Food Safety Knowledge: While this is not a traditional food safety role, some knowledge of food safety principles is beneficial.
- Sanitation Knowledge: Previous knowledge in sanitation is preferred.
