What You’ll Do:
- Transport Livestock: Safely load, drive, and unload pigs, ensuring their welfare and meeting all biosecurity standards.
- Stay Organized: Check loads, maintain invoices, and complete required paperwork accurately.
- Follow Safety Protocols: Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, manage equipment, and communicate with dispatch and farmers.
- Ensure Animal Welfare: Handle animals responsibly, adhering to Transport Quality Assurance (TQA) standards and USDA guidelines.
Requirements:
- CDL Class A License with air brake endorsement.
- 1 Year Tractor-Trailer Experience and a clean driving record.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to lift 50 pounds and safely manage animals with approved handling devices.
