✅ Must-Have:
- Experience in sanitation/safety (preferably in meat/food processing)
- Knowledge of OSHA, USDA, and sanitation compliance
- Strong training & coaching skills
- Physical stamina for hands-on work
- Problem-solving mindset & ability to take initiative
🚀 Nice-to-Have: Bilingual (English/Spanish), Microsoft Excel & some form of learning platform, LOTO & safety investigations experience.
