Senior Account Manager – Fresh Pork Sales

Clemens Food Group is looking for a Senior Account Manager – Fresh Pork Sales to drive growth, maintain key accounts, and navigate the complexities of fresh pork sales. This role requires quick decision-making, adaptability, and the ability to manage inventory challenges while ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is based out of our Hatfield, PA location. This position is 4 days on-site, with Wednesdays as an off-site option.

What you’ll do:
📌 Manage and grow a diverse book of business—transition and strengthen key accounts while developing a roadmap for customer growth
📌 Drive fresh pork sales—manage and grow our B2B and further processing customer base
📌 Navigate operational challenges—handling inventory shifts, logistics disruptions, and market variability
📌 Collaborate cross-functionally—partnering with Business Unit Managers to optimize inventory and sales strategies
