Location: Tyrone, PA (On-Site) or Hatfield, PA (On-Site) | Full-Time | Start Time: 6:30am/7:00am

The Impact You’ll Make
Without a smart, efficient production schedule, the plant cannot run—you are the backbone of operations. In this role, you will:
- Align production with customer demand, inventory levels, and operational capacity.
- Solve scheduling challenges in real-time—adjusting for delays, inventory constraints, and production shifts.
- Use data-driven insights to monitor trends, improve scheduling accuracy, and reduce inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with key teams (Operations, Sales, Warehousing, and Customer Service) to align priorities and ensure execution.
What You’ll Do
- Develop & release daily production schedules while optimizing efficiency.
- Monitor and adjust schedules to keep operations on track.
- Conduct root cause analysis on service levels, schedule attainment, and inventory issues.
- Use SAP & Excel to track performance, optimize workflows, and drive improvements.
- Take ownership of your area, making strategic adjustments to drive efficiency.

Skills & Mindset:
✔ Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills—you can pivot when plans don’t go as expected.
- Ability to navigate SAP (or similar ERP systems) & Excel.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills—you’ll work across multiple departments.
- High sense of urgency & adaptability—this is a high-impact, high-visibility role.
✔ Nice-to-Have:
- Prior experience in fresh meat processing/scheduling.
- Knowledge of material resource planning & order management processes.
- A passion for continuous improvement and strategic thinking.
