As we continue to grow, we seek a Trades Supervisor who will spearhead initiatives to improve maintenance processes, team performance, and operational efficiency across our manufacturing facility.
1st Shift Hours - 5 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM

Who You Are : A dedicated Trades Supervisor with substantial experience in maintenance and electronic programs. You possess strong leadership and communication skills, effectively managing maintenance technicians and ensuring optimal plant operations.
What You Will Do :
- Oversee maintenance and electronic programs, ensuring efficient plant machinery operation.
- Manage, train, and evaluate a team of maintenance technicians.
- Implement and maintain compliance with safety regulations, food safety standards, and preventative maintenance programs.
- Lead daily team member engagement meetings and ensure proper training for new team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
