As an Engineering Trainee, you'll work alongside seasoned professionals in key engineering areas, including Industrial/Process Engineering, Project Engineering, and Corporate Maintenance and Reliability.

Your Role
As a member of our Leadership Development Program, you'll participate in rotations that cover:
Process/Industrial Engineering
- Developing process and capabilities for new products.
- Evaluating performance of production lines and evaluating standards, utilizing continuous improvement tools to improve.
- Cross-functional project management to create value by utilizing our Management operation system.
Project Engineering
- Capital budgeting, project planning, and installation plans.
- Line layout and design.
- Machine/Line designs to meet customer and operational needs.
- Vendor Management and timelines.
- Stakeholder alignment from scoping to handover.
Corporate Maintenance and Reliability
- Utilizing our MMOS: Maintenance Management Operating system.
- Identifying areas of improvement to optimize equipment reliability.
- Implementing predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
- Supporting the organization's overall operational goals through OEE data and performance data.
