As a Driver Manager , you will be pivotal in managing a team of drivers to ensure seamless delivery operations. You will oversee daily execution, ensuring efficient routing and scheduling while resolving issues that may arise. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, your focus will be on optimizing workflow processes and enhancing team performance. We are looking to hire a couple of Driver Managers due to some upcoming retirements in the organization.
Who You Are
- Experienced in logistics, dispatching, or a previous driver role transitioning to management, with proficiency in TMS and spreadsheets.
- Adept at coaching and mentoring teams, resolving conflicts, and managing diverse personalities.
- Skilled at identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing continuous improvements.
- Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
