Overview :
We consistently need FSQA Supervisors. In this role, you will be critical in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to food safety and quality. You'll lead and develop a team of QA professionals, manage day-to-day food safety incidents, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with leadership, supporting our production processes and ensuring the highest standards in food safety and quality.
Depending on the shift, the start time could be 5 : 00 AM or 3 : 00 PM, as we are always hiring for this role.
Who You Are :
- A proven leader with at least 2 years of people management experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or a regulatory field.
- Highly skilled in food safety protocols such as HACCP, SSOP, and familiar with USDA or FDA regulations.
- An effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experienced in managing sanitation operations and resolving food safety incidents.
