Overview : As a Production Supervisor at Clemens Food Group, you will lead and manage a production team in Offal operations. Starting at 5 : 00 am, you will ensure the smooth execution of daily production activities, uphold safety and quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for training new team members, resolving issues, and driving operational efficiency while supporting the growth and development of your team.
