What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Clement Manor?
Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, and long term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We are currently looking for a dedicated Environmental Service Aide to join our team! As part of our commitment to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our campus. This position requires an every other weekend & every other holiday rotation.
Hours/Positions Available:
Full Time 1st shift, 6:30am-3:00pm
Weekends 1st shift, 6:30am-3:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning, and sanitization of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces.
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Handle waste disposal in compliance with facility policies & regulations
- Maintain and store cleaning supplies properly
- Assist with laundry services as needed
- provide quality customer service to residents, visitors, & staff
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and preform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Willingness to follow all safety & infection control guidelines
