Position Summary:
The Customer Service Coordinator is the primary contact for physical and online operations for our customers to nurture the relationship by identifying the short and long-term needs to ensure positive customer experiences. This position will develop and implement customer service procedures to field questions, resolve issues, and improve the customer experience. Is also the liaison with the warehouse to ensure deliveries are processed timely and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first contact person on matters relating to customer accounts
- Develop and implement customer service routines and processes
- Communicate with clients/customers in a professional manner and build longer-term relationships
- Resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and prevent escalation of issues
- Create and manage accounts for wholesale, online, parlor and event orders
- Invoice customer orders
- Process and fulfill online orders
- Manage shipping supply inventory
- Manage inbox for orders and customer information
- Effectively complete administrative duties as assigned by General Manager
- Support production with labeling
- Perform other duties as directed by leads or supervisors
Qualifications:
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years experience in product sales, account management, or customer service
- Professional experience in a marketing or high-level customer service role preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Regular reliable attendance required
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
