This professional doesn’t like sitting around waiting for orders but enjoys and thrives as a hard charger ready to get in the field in front of customers. Our new OSR will need to be comfortable working in a very autonomous and fast paced work environment, the ability to prioritize opportunities, possess the grit necessary for a challenging sales role.

Experience Qualities We're Seeking:

  • Oil & Gas sales (drilling, completions, workovers)
  • Track record of past successes is a must, even if not work-related; a high achiever
  • The ability to fit in quickly and easily in new environments
  • Excellence in time management/efficiency
  • Adaptable: excellent at problem-solving; ability to "figure it out"
  • Coachable: humility to ask questions, admit you need help, and take coaching/feedback
  • Exceptional work ethic: drive, hunger, passion, goal-oriented, desire to achieve

Responsibilities:

  • Create a detailed territory plan to attain predetermined goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding the opportunity to secure the deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities to develop territory and turn them into long-term relationships
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty within the territory
  • Remain in regular contact with your customers within your territory to understand and meet their needs
  • Build flexibility into your sales process by allowing flow from one step to another
  • Monitor the sales process proactively
  • Refine and adjust the sales process as needed to maintain the flexibility to meet changing preferences
