What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Floor Technician position at Clempire Janitorial?

Needed: Floor Technicians. 15-35 hours/week.
Must have Valid Driver's License for the past 12 months.
Starting pay depends on attitude and experience--usually around $14.

The Floor Technician will be cross-trained on all services including but not limited to: Stripping and Waxing Floors, Cleaning Carpet, Cleaning Windows, Buffing Floors, Scrubbing Floors, Tile & Grout Cleaning, Construction Cleanup, and much more.
All Team Members must:
*Have 2 years experience as a floor technician
*Be willing to learn with a Positive attitude
*Be 21 years old
*Be able to pass a state and federal background check
*Be honest AND dependable with a good work ethic
*Able to follow directions...Exactly
*Have a valid driver's license with NO suspensions or DUIs in the last 24 months.
*Have a reliable vehicle w/ insurance
*Able to work a Flexible Schedule: DAYS, EVENINGS, and/or WEEKENDS
*Climb a ladder safely.
*Listen to and follow customers' directions
*Work long hours, sometimes outside, AND overtime during busy times.
*Take directions over the phone
*Have a smart phone to download a schedule app.
