Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Foreman at Clemson Distribution, INC. The Warehouse Foreman will be responsible for supervising personnel, shipping & receiving tasks, material handling, inventory control, and forklift operation on a daily basis.
Skills and Experience
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organization skills
- Problem-solving and analytics
- Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations
- Knowledge of safety regulations (HACCP)
- Experience with WMS, AS400 or similar warehouse management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Authoring and maintaining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Qualifications
- 2-3 years Supervisory experience
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center
- Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling
- Inventory control knowledge
- Forklift certified
- Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
