What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide position at Clemson Downs - Clemson Area Retirement Ctr?
Clemson Downs is now hiring a dietary aide for our continuing care facility. Dietary aides assist cook in the preparation of resident meals in accordance with established menus, recipes, and sanitary standards.
This position is 11:00 a.m. - 7:15 p.m. with rotating weekends
- Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis
- Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Set up meal trays, food carts, dining room, etc., as instructed
- Assist cook in preparing meals
- Assist in checking diet trays before distribution
- Deliver food carts, trays, etc., to designated areas
- Serve food in dining room as instructed
- Other dietary functions as necessary
