MS EXCHANGE/O365 Engineer (Onsite)

Position Description and Job Skill Set

• Description of the job functions the contractor will be expected to perform.
• Establish DLP Policies and Procedures for O365 Environment
• Verify and Configure O365 Environment policies to meet agency security requirements. Complete O365 Security Remediation and Assessment
• Provide Management oversite for Microsoft O365 Environment

Required Skills/Experience

• Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. These requirements will be transferred to the Score Sheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on their resume will NOT be presented to the manager for consideration.
• Gold Level Microsoft Partner Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider O365 Management Experience Exchange Experience SharePoint Experience
• Azure Active Directory Experience Microsft Teams Experience
• HIPAA Compliance Experience

Preferred/Not Required

• Provide any skills/experience that would be helpful for the candidate to possess but not required. Examples: Previous supervisory experience, WebLogic experience helpful, etc.

• Experience - 30
• Technical Skills - 30
• Soft Skills (Communication, Leadership, Ethics) - 25
• Certification and Education - 15

Skills Required

• 5-7 years of experience in Microsoft Exchange and MS Sharepoint
• 5-7 years of experience in Aure Active Directory
• 5-7 years of experience in One Drive/Teams
• 5-7 years of experience in Dell Compellent
• 5-7 years of experience in HP Brocade FC
• 5-7 years of experience in SQL
