Job Description
- Were seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Integration Architect to lead a migration from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This strategic role combines deep Salesforce expertise with contact center integration experience to deliver a seamless CRM transformation for the clients enterprise.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the architectural design and implementation strategy for migrating from MS Dynamics to Salesforce FSCDesign and oversee integration between Salesforce and Contact Center platformsDevelop migration frameworks and data mapping strategiesCreate technical specifications and solution designs for complex integrationsGuide development teams on best practices and architectural standardsEnsure seamless integration between Salesforce and enterprise systemsEstablish governance frameworks for data quality and system performanceLead technical discovery sessions with stakeholdersProvide risk mitigation strategies and architectural oversightRequired Qualifications :
7 years of Salesforce implementation experienceProven experience migrating from MS Dynamics to SalesforceStrong background in Salesforce Financial Services CloudExperience integrating Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platformsEnterprise architecture experience in financial services sectorDeep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitationsStrong technical background in API integration patternsExperience with data migration tools and ETL processesPreferred Qualifications :
